Supper Club Sunday - The HobNob - MSN Departures

Take a tour of the SC Johnson Admistration Building and Wingspread, both designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, followed by a wonderful dinner at The HobNob Supper Club!

We will start our time in Racine with a tour of the SC Johnson Administration Building that was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and opened in 1939.  From its 43 miles of Pyrex glass tubing to the dendriform columns soaring in the Great Workroom, it is truly a unique work of art that reflects the innovation and adventure that are still the spirit of SC Johnson today.  Then, we are off to the Frank Lloyd Wright designed, Wingspread, which was the SC Johnson family homestead that was completed in 1939.  Wright called Wingspread “the last of the Prairie houses,” and its 14,000-square-foot footprint makes it the largest Prairie home as well.

Then, you are in for a real treat as we enjoy an included dinner at The HobNob Supper Club, which was established in 1954 and has the ambiance of the classic Wisconsin Supper Club.  At the HobNob they pride themselves in serving the “Best Food in Town.”  Not to mention, the HobNob is situated atop a Lake Michigan bluff.
